PCB industry will focus on the head

In 2017, the output value of PCB industry in mainland China reached 29 billion 732 million US dollars, occupying 50.5% of the global PCB output value. Domestic-funded PCB enterprises have strong profitability and rapid growth in scale. Among them, Shennan Circuit ranks first in revenue scale in 2017. After the release of new capacity in 2018, the entire PCB industry will usher in major changes, small and medium-sized PCB plant capacity or elimination or acquisition, PCB plant market concentration will further enhance.
Environmental protection policy is becoming more stringent, the production technology requirements and environmental protection investment costs of PCB manufacturers are becoming higher and higher, unlicensed, low production technology, lack of environmental protection input of small and medium-sized enterprises will have a direct shutdown risk. PCB industry shuffle speed up, market share will further concentrate on leading enterprises.
At present, domestic-funded PCB output value in mainland China will account for 20% of the world's top 100 PCB output value, and NTI predicts that this ratio will reach more than 50% by 2025, so there is at least 30 percentage points of space to reach 150 billion yuan. At the same time, driven by technological progress, it is expected that PCB enterprises in mainland China will undergo a transformation from quantity to quality, from the number of top 100 enterprises to income first, or more than half of the top 30 domestic enterprises in the world.
